Auctions
Ask friends, family and local businesses to donate items or services (an hour's gardening, a dinner party, use of a second home for a week, music lessons, car detailing, a musical performance for a private function, an oil change, etc). Local artisans are also good sources for auction items: artists, glass blowers, metal crafters, bead designers, etc.
You can also auction items for Grassroots Heroes International from the comfort of your own home. Simply choose to donate a percentage of your sale to Grassroots Heroes International when you list your item on eBay.

How about organizing a school/church/community play or dinner/dessert theatre? Do you know local music group/s who would do a benefit concert for Grassroots Heroes International?
